Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax takes the mystery out of Tax Returns I am satisfied with the thoroughness of this software. In the return I just filed for 2020, I forgot to input the individual stock info of the stocks I sold. There were more than 2 dozen. However I inputed the total sale proceeds, cost basis, and the Net Gain on Sale. I didn't get a reminder from the software about this. I don't have your number to get support. The Text help is not helpful

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great except mineral right gas royalties everything was pretty easy except my 1099 for mineral rights gas lease royalty income. The 1099 generated a Schedule E which had errors during the prefiling federal review. There was no clue how to correct the errors. It pointed to the royalty amount on the worksheet. I just kept fiddling until it finally accepted I don't have a clue what I did to correct the error.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Saves a lot of time. As usual the software is pretty intuitive, works well. I had a small glitch in that part of my state return wasn't quite doing what I expected- called the help line, short wait, and got a rep that understood the software and was able to help.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Federal Taxes are easier with Turbo Tax Federal Taxes were easy even with moving mid year. State Taxes needs some improvement. Turbo Tax did not include direct access to the state forms I needed for a Solar Electric system, I was able to get them from a Turbo Tax expert but there should have been access from inside Turbo Tax so the software could link the rebate from Federal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax To The Rescue I was unable to process my taxes through the normal TurboTax software. I still had Windows 2007. I was very grateful for the online service Intuit offered me. It was very easy to use, when I get a new computer, I'll purchase their software.
