Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple and Met My Needs The information the program provides just the basic filers is very helpful! I wouldn't be able to file otherwise. This is probably my last year filing on my own but I have always found using TurboTax a necessity for new adults!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Glitches I had a TERRIBLE time filing this year. Probbly won't use TT next year. Had a glitch doing Federal. Six weeks later, when I tried to do my state, same thing. Combined, I was on the phone with them for three hours. Three hours out of my life! I should get a refund in full for payment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It used to be better I came back to Turbo Tax since I had used it in the past and remembered that it was really great at walking me through any life changes that might affect my taxes. Not this time. I had to dig into areas that it never brought me to and I also had to do some external research on what I can enter for certain things. I felt like I was being pressured into paying more for live tax help because of this. The self-preparing was already expensive and using that additional service would have cost me more than if I would have just given everything to a tax professional in my area. I don't even feel like I got enough tax breaks because I moved last year.
