Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax helper was awesome. The process was nt Florinco helped me at the end. I did not understand that your notification that I was not getting a refund was also implied that I owed nothing. You should say it on the site.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Something annoying every yr Every yr there seems to be something added to make the process worse. this yr i kept getting an error for box 14 on the tax form. i had 2 entries that were the same catagory but different amounts. it wouldn't me file electronically because it saw it as an error. but once i confirmed it was correct, it should allow me to submit. i had to put an underscore before it would submit

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Breezy - Just take your time This is my 3rd year using TT. Overall, I like using TT as it carries over info from prior years that populate in the current years returns. PLUS, it is less expensive than the preparer I used for the last 20 years. I do not have a complex return, so I feel comfortable using TT.
