Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful service The only reason I am not giving a five star review is because it was a little confusing at the start with all the changes in staff to get a hold of the final person who did my tax return. Tonia was amazing though and kept me up to date about anything I needed to do to get the best return possible.

Considering that we are dealing with taxes TurboTax preparers make it easy and yet done properly. I highly recommend this to my friends for their tax preparation

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax E File Confirmed, but IRS didnt get it For 2021 Year taxes, an 2020 Year taxes, I used the E file. Never used E file before, but I tried it. Got TURBOConfirmation. Then I checked with IRS in May, 2022, and they have not received any IRS E File for years 2021 nor 2020. So how do I explain that to the IRS ??? Ill go back to the old way of paper printing next year. And i'll look for something different than Turbo Tax, which Ive used for 20 years.
