Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Easy to use Completing was easy but at the very end when trying to add in a 1099-LTC, it told me I needed Deluxe and could not convert to Deluxe without erasing and strting over. Very disappointed in this outcome especially when Turbo Tax is always try to upsell me on MX and Deluxe in the beginning when first starting filing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is pretty good Overall TurboTax is very easy to work with. The only section that is problematic for one reason or another every year is downloading investment income. This year, once I had downloaded one Fidelity account, I was unable to download any other Fidelity accounts, as the download feature defaulted to the first account. The software was also unable to read information from a couple of the .pdf files I have of 1099-DIV forms. So I ended up entering a lot of my investment information by hand, which was time consuming.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from overall vary happy Some of the terminology was hard to understand or things were wording in confusing ways. With the help links and a little online searching I was able to figure it all out. For the most part though it walks you through everything just fine.
