Rated 3 out of 5 by from I feel duped I have been using Turbo Tax for a few years now. I'm really disappointed that I did my OWN taxes and I STILL payed $262 to file. There is a premium benefit service that I DID NOT ask for but can't opt out of. I might have to use another service next year because it's not even beneficial to me anymore. I'm losing money and not gaining money. The wait time to talk with a representative is 30 plus minutes long. When you do get someone they aren't that helpful and pass yo along to another person for another 30 minute wait.
