Rated 1 out of 5 by from Software is good; the full service is poor. My experience using the software and preparing my own returns over the past six or seven years was good. My use of full service last year was satisfactory. I was very disappointed with my experience using full service this year. My tax expert was non responsive, I kept receiving messages telling me to download documents that had been submitted several days or a week earlier, and when I did get a response to some of my questions, it was addressed to a difference couple and was filled with typos. When I called to get a status report, I was told that the lack of responsiveness was the result of everyone doing free returns. Hopefully, if you are going to offer a free tax return to everyone in the country you will (1) hire enough people to do it and (2) prioritize paying customers and not freeloaders.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is OK Need to do a verification check that the current years IP PIN has been downloaded - if applicable. Also, when it comes to e-filing signature, an explanation of what actually goes there, (NOT THE SAME AS IP PIN, DUH!) and how to get it if you don't have it handy would be great!
