Rated 1 out of 5 by from awful experience took over 24 hours to complete did not received tax advice but was charged for service was unable to complete the process for over 24 hours and did not receive any word why some of the questions did not make sense I was a Director of Tax at PwC and VP Tax at several silicon valley companies

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Told me I finalize and submitted my tax info week I submitted my tax info 4 weeks ago. As I checked back on it 6 days ago no options were given. I found out right now that they were never filed despite having a confirmation email as receipt . I wasn’t given any form of notification on what I had to do.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Its alright..... Meh, it is helpful and it is pretty easy to file, but even with the assistance to make sure everything is correct, I still feel like I did them wrong and the FBI will storm into my house to arrest me any day.
