Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is okay! I enjoy using Turbo Tax because how easy y'all have made it to make taxes. But I'm taking off a star because despite how much I try to trust y'all, there's always that skepticism. I was extremely careful again, yet Turbo Tax strikes again! Almost got hooked on that $44 extra (small font-hidden) fee. Not today, TurboTax, nice try!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Helpful and Informative Throughout, But Long I did not chat live with any agents, and this would undoubtedly help, but I was able to handle the process because the program does a great job of holding your hand and explaining things. It just takes a while. The most helpful part, by far, is the fact that it can scan the documents you submit and automatically populate the appropriate boxes, so you are much less likely to make a mistake. The struggle with filing taxes, as with most things, is in the details. There is no problem uploading a W-2, but details regarding things like health plans, college expenses, etc. makes the process feel more complicated. The more that automation is used, the better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from greaaaat easy enough! Stay patient and roll with it! I took a long time over a hour but awesome we figured it out together , very easy instruction. Just take time and read and it's made Simple! I just wished i could of done my last year taxes on here with out the purchase. But well worth it !

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is supposed to be free for Military... it never let me select the basic turbo tax option that is free to all active duty military. i had to pay to file my taxes on the hardest year of filing ive had yet.

I was assisted by Tracey, and she made the difference for me, knowing the terminology I needed a pointing me directly to the resource. All of the TurboTax process was perfect.
