Rated 5 out of 5 by from So helpful and easy. This was my first time using TurboTax and I was very surprised and happy with the results. I worked with John and he has walked me step by step the whole way. Highly recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reliable and good product. I have used it for many years. It is good, reliable and efficient. I plan to continue using it in the future. However, I suggest to improve the work flow to make sure it forces the user to review all sections before filing. Also, a few bugs need to be worked out. For 2022, my State return was rejected because I had put the same AGI for both my wife and I (MFJ). I don't remember this step last year, but creating this step this year made it confusing and led to this error.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Filing made easy.. just takes time! Overall, good experience, getting a solid refund, thorough systemized tax filing process. I had to complete it over 3 days, even though 2 days late, but I was able to finish. Took the overwhelm and stress out of it as a repeat customer, will invest in this next tax time. Thanks for the helpful advice and new changes in tax laws. Highly recommend for ease of use and last-minute late filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome!! my 1st time Its my 1st time filing my taxes without a tax preparer. I filled out all the forms i needed manually, and was about to e file them. until i seen an ad for turbotax and decided to use it since it was the safe option. I got it done in less the 4 hours and even got to see the forms i filled out by the end, they all matched with the forms filed for my 2021 tax return. Very good service.
