Rated 2 out of 5 by from HIdden Charges/ Software bugs Includes State return Free_Charges you for filing. Real issues with 529 Import into State mostly correct, but Stocks transferred poorly. No impact on calc- just presentation and extra work. Slipped a bit this year compared to previously solid product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TT is NOT awesome e-filing was terrible. After reviewing blogs with users having same problems, I was able to e-file federal only. State (NJ) will not go through. TT should notify users of glitch. I e-filed 4 fed/state taxes with no problem. the fifth one (not the last filed) would not go through together. Had to separately file Fed. and it worked. NJ state for tis file would not. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed in the fees. more than H & R Block Was not that bad to use, I learned a lot but extremely disappointed in what the fees were. So many individuals told me to use Turbo great savings. Zero savings for me.
