Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax Have used turbo tax for years, this year because of some difficult tax issues I went with Turbo tax premium on line and went with the assistance package. Using turbo tax on a Mac computer doesn't seem as fluent as it is on a windows computer. A couple of the tax experts I asked help with didn't provide good advice. The third one was excellent. Overall happy with end package.

I rented out some timeshares in 2022 and found that process a little challenging. I signed up for audit guarantee this year for that reason.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Seems harder than in the past I have been using Turbo Tax for 8 years. This year it was buggy and difficult. I do not like the new interface. It is more difficult to control what you are seeing and filling in. After wrestling with this program, I think I will return to paper.

The live call back was great. they got me through it and took so much stress off of me. Thanks TurboTax.
