Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time with Turbo Tax Next year will be easier. Traeli, the live agent, was most patient, professional and helpful in working through the issues with our tax return, specifically the 1099r forms. I now know that each 1099r has to be scanned and uploaded separately.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Navigation through software needs to improve I've been using Turbo Tax for years and always have the same issue. I find it difficult to jump around to different subjects without having to go to a major topic and move forward through the "continue" buttons which then requires me to answer some of the same questions again. I'd like to see more drop down lists that I could click on the specific page or line item I want to revisit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well for typical returns Had issues with farm income and associated help. Also I tried several times to log in to get some additional assistance but never got through. I have two suggestions for new features although this may not be the proper forum. When printing review copies it would be helpful to number the pages. The second suggestion would be more difficult - have an option to print the previous year's numbers on the review copy to help in identifying unintended discrepancies.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Helpful with only a FEW GLITCHES Was simple to follow and thorough. But, frequently did some spinning and had problems completing a task. Backed up, and then was able to go forward. So, finished without too much delay.
