Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent first time self-filing, one issue TurboTax made filing and lot less intimidating, only had confusion about HSA information but I was helped out by an awesome representative! The only issue I had was ending up having to pay for deluxe because of my previous HSA and not being able to use some of my return to pay it, which confused the representative as well. But other than that it was straight-forward!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from for 2021 Returns, Turbo Tax Worked Poorly Turbo tax failed to import data from previous years- although I had used Turbo Tax for the past. On entry, Turbo Tax on some fields was in an infinite loop, so I had to close that function and re-enter. Turbo Tax continues to make it very difficult to review content before submitting. Turbo Tax continues to charge customers to electronically file state returns, even though our state encourages this and provides the service for free.This year deficiencies in Turbo tax required a lot of extra work and would have cost hundreds of dollars in extra penalties and taxes if I had not fixed errors from incorrect assumptions made by TurboTax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'll never go anywhere else again! Last year I used an outside company and I found that Turbo Tax is 100 times better and I will never again use anyone else to do my taxes! I'm very impressed with Turbo Tax and the tax expert that was assigned to me to do my taxes!
