Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best app for taxes This is by far the best app to use for taxes if you're like me and just want to get it over with. They make it simple and easy. The hardest part about it is finding all the documents you've been sent throughout the year, and that's not turbotax's fault haha.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expert Tech and Expert real tax experts used this I used the tech experts Briuna V., Charles K., and the tax expert LaTwan to help me when I could not figure out what I done wrong re: farm income and expenses. Each of them were VERY HELPFUL. TurboTax 2022 worked out great for me this year. I DID take more hours to complete it, but that is probably I am not confident with mathematics, I need more time to triple check my numbers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can't believe I have to pay for this now. I used to be able to file completely free. Now I have to pay half my return just to file my taxes. I understand paying for the service but at such a low tax return couldn't you guys make it a percentage instead of a flat fee?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is amazing! I purchased TurboTax Deluxe. Using it was efficient, detailed, and easy. I paide even less for this version because I purchased it from Sam's Club. Just make sure you go to the customer service desk after purchasing so they can retrieve the actual CD packet. I had to return to Sam's for mine, lol.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is not user friendly At the very end of filing our tax return, it asks for an AGI number. This number is on the previous year's tax return. We could not find it right away and had to call a random hotline. TurboTax has my Driver's License on file and asks me every year for it. Every other page they try to sell me their products, if I told you No the first time don't try to sell it to me again.
