But I'm getting tired of getting squeezed for every bit of info "added" benefit to use this product. I started looking a other products and there are some that will make it easy to import my info (one of the main reason I've stay w/TT) and less expensive...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Problem Processing Credit Card Info I have used TurboTax many years for business and personal. Overall it has been a very positive experience. The 3 times I have used it this year, it would not process my credit card, though there was nothing wrong with the cards. (Tried them all.) I had to get support involved and that was a painfully complicated and slow process... Many calls and the ball dropped a few times.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from $10,000 mistake that TurboTax didn't catch I entered an amount in the wrong box and it would have cost me $10,000 if I didn't catch it. TurboTax did nothing to flag that it is a common mistake or that it was such a huge discrepancy. I will be using a different product to do my taxes next year.
