Rated 1 out of 5 by from the very last year i will use turbo tax This is the last year i will use turbo tax........last year they neglected to include my banking info on my returns, and my stimulus payments had to be sent by paper check. i let that slide and decided to try them again. On apr 15, 2021 i PAID for the processing of my taxes, and on april 16, 2021, i got a text telling me i still need to have my paperwork sent to irs.....they took my payment, and never said a word that they weren't filing my tax forms immediately..never again for me...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Caused me grief with 1099-NEC and Schedule C The worst experience I ever had. Known bug but yet not fixed; workaround was not easy; had to make 4 phone calls. The third person got it right. Figured out on my own. Had to use the community webpage; never had to before. Extremely disappointed in Turbo Tax

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not so bad. It was pretty simple and easy to understand. As long you have your W2 forms and other tax info in hand, you can do it every year on your own. Rodney the tax expert was very informative and helpful and I appreciate everything he did to help.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good, but has quite a few glitches. I had to repeat several actions. It seems like TurboTax is trying to force me to go online. I won't. I'll switch before I go online. I want a CD every year.
