Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax has tons of web app bugs. Don’t recommend The web app loses information I already shared. I also can’t access parts of the website randomly sometimes. Not a good experience. Also cost of this was too expensive for the quality. I liked my tax expert though. They were great.

Yes, there have been some bumps along the way, but overall, a great product and good experience. Like most firms now days, it is difficult to get a live person on the phone, but when you finally do they have always managed to resolve whatever my issue was, Cool persistence and patience.are the keys to success!
