Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is frustrating as much as it is helpful The guidance and assistance is very helpful, but sometimes I wish I could just go through things manually. The "jump to" feature is nice in the search bar but it doesn't always appear so you have to keep rephrasing until it will come up. Or TurboTax software will prompt you with something you do not have to do and won't let you skip it or will keep returning you to it just to "double check" 6 times. It is annoying being asked the same questions more than 3 times. I understanding wanting to be sure but at some point it is just excessive. It is hard to navigate when you are trying to return to a previous section specifically and can't get to it because of all the prompt and walk-throughs TurboTax makes you go through instead of just going to the one thing you searched for.
