Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live is Mostly Pretty Excellent! I've been using TurboTax since my 2019 return, and have thrown down for the Live support version for the last 2 years. My experience with live phone and screen-sharing interactions has been EXCELLENT. My experience with chat based assistance was frustrating, but in hindsight I don't think I should have asked that particular question via chat. The issue was that TurboTax had auto-filled an amount for my State and Local Income Tax Refund that was exactly $25 off from the actual value from my 2021 return, which was prepared in TurboTax. How this could be I have no idea. Anyway, it was easy enough to fix, but unsettling. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with it. The Live professionals are great!
