Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax needs improvement I made an estimated payment for my Indiana taxes but was not able to report this when filing with turbo tax so will have additional work with this states bureaucracy to avoid a $1000 overpayment I called turbo tax and was trasferred to a sales pitch voice mail

NO IMPORT OF BROKERAGE DATA (1099B) I MAY GO TO BLOCK NEXT YEAR 3. NO RECAP OF TAX OWED AT THE TO 4. HELP WHEN TRYING TO FIND OUT "HOW TO IMPORT SCHWAB DATA WAS VERY POOR" 5. DESPITE THE LACK OF SUPPORT FOR TRUSTS THE PROGRAM WAY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN PRIMIER! [ANOTHER REASON TO GO TO BLOCK] 6, I WAS TOLD THAT THE IMPORT ISSUE WILL PROBABLY NOT BE AVAILABLE NEXT YEAR!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from definitely not free says file free federal but when its all said and done they charge you a 3.49 dollar processing fee and forces you to use deluxe package or you can't file and they charge you a 2.49 percent processing fee of your total amount when paying. all there fees generate the price for filing even when its says "free" last year I'm filing with them
