Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great service, but services need to be itemized. Fast, easy to use. There are a bunch of great features and they offer a lot of help. The only problem is the price continues to climb for added services you might not even use. It would be great if you are only charged for the services you use, instead of charging everyone a similar rate. For people that have used this service for years, we get dragged along at an increased cost for features we might not use. Still, it is a great package, just getting expensive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is relatively easy to use My main problem is moving Turbo Tax information to other programs such as Excel. Or sometimes moving Excel data to Turbo Tax. Also it is sometimes difficult to make specific changes in a number without going through unnecessary steps.
