Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as prior years I bought Turbo Tax at Costco and was supposed to get a $10 credit for an add on such as filing State taxes. The $10 credit did not go through, I contacted Turbo Tax twice both representatives I spoke to did not know how to resolve the issue. The program itself is ok but it is not ok to say you will receive a credit and it is not provided.

I was directed in "loops" more than once. Not impressed with the product this year as I have been in the past. Our tax situation is very simple...
