Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Easy Its fast and easy. Only wish you could have a spot to add a form. If there is something new that maybe wasn"t addressed in the prior year the program doesn't ask for it. You should be able to add a form that was sent to you but maybe you don"t know where it should apply.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is OK, but stay with same media year over Use the download version every year or stay with the online version. After using the download/CD version for many years, I used the online version last year. I had to reenter all of my personal info plus all of my bank accts. I switched back to the Download/CD verion this year and had to re-enter all the same info again! Normally it imports fro the previous year, but if you skip a year, it does not!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from App is having difficulties The live expert I dealt with was great put the TurboTax app itself was very difficult to work with this year. I ended up with two different accounts somehow and each time I logged in it was a big hassle. No one knew how to merge the two accounts it ended up causing me to have to enter some information more than once. And it never seem to update when my live expert said that something was changed in there

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax seems excellent Have used TurboTax for 8 years now, I guess that means I'm happy with it. I haven't ever een audited either (knock on wood). I think it does a good job looking out for you, though of course data output is only as good as I put into it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love filing with TurboTax every year--it's so easy Worked with Janice via Chat on a problem I had with my Schedule A--she did her best to help me correct the error but was unsuccessful. I ended up pulling my 2020 tax file to check the issue on the Schedule A and correct it myself, but I'm grateful she tried to help!
