Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy and convenient Turbo Tax makes is simple and easy to assist with filing taxes, especially if one is not familiar with tax laws and forms. I enjoyed the ease of having a chat box to ask questions if I got confused or may have had a question.

Only advice I can offer is to improve the process for signing up for TurboTax Advantage: I followed all instructions but saw no evidence of a result of having successfully signed up for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I still like TurboTax very much I've been using TurboTax for quite a few years now, and I appreciate it for the simplicity especially. It takes no effort to understand the instructions or the information. This is what I want, since there's very little for me to report. It's a breeze to get the whole thing done - even if I sometimes stop in the middle - and all I have to do is sit here at the computer. Every simple return should be done on software like this!
