I've selected to do my taxes on my owe with no charge and when I was all finished with my taxes I was charged $117.00. I was unable to select no when asked how to be charged for Turbo Tax at the end of filing my taxes. I was then charged $39.00 three different times adding up to $117.00 taken out of my taxes. I hope we can resolve this issue so i can continue to use Turbo Tax to do my taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Download version is not as user friendly For the past 4 years I've used the web version of turbotax. It was a breeze and very user friendly. This year, I purchased the download from Costco to save some money. I don't recommend as the desktop version is harder to use and find relevant information to my questions.
