Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbox Tax was not transparent about CISIdentiy I wish I was told what info I need to provide CISIdentiy before I made the $59 payment. I did not agree to provide my PII to 3rd party and also lost my $59. Not nice!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from has some troublesome glitches for several years now the program does not bring up some of the forms or pages. I get just a blank page and have to do a work around to get the information in. calling in for help just tells you how to do a workaround but the next year has the same issues. there is no correction by turbo tax. I may try another program as this has continued for several years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Ease of Turbo Tax I do not love doing my taxes! I'm not sure who does, but Turbo Tax does make it easier. I enjoy the idea of doing my taxes with their guidance and not having to drop off stuff to someone else. Very convenient. I also get the protection, just in case the IRS wants to visit me.
