Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sneaky $39 fee for using refund to pay filling I think this is new (if it's not, I fell for it last year), but TurboTax now charges a fee for paying the filling service using the tax return amount. It's not very intuitive to see where they are charging you this. I had to click on the dropdown in the payment summary to see the itemized charges.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Advertised one price, then charged me more... I was advertised a price of $169 for live turbo tax help. I got charged $209 for the service at the end. Very sneaky. There should be a warning or an update that the discount they offer wasn't going to be the actual price. The live turbotax people were very nice but I was expecting knowledge that wasn't already found in the help section. Could have done without the service, especially since it was more expensive than they advertised it for. Didn't think that was legal, but whatever. Lesson learned.
