Denisse saved you from me to go.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will not be using turbo tax next year. Never allows automatic downloads. Have to enter each line individually. Bought program to efile state for free and at the end wanted to charge me $25.00. No thanks. Never use again

After a snag with some cost basis information, I threw in the towel. The assigned expert was fast, friendly, and yes, I could actually speak to them and know she was not a bot.
