Rated 2 out of 5 by from Clunky and inconvenient compared to others This is my least favorite of all the TurboTax programs. It is time to update this software so that it is either accessible via online TurboTax site/account or compatible with Mac computers. Each year I am on a different, random, PC and even though I have saved my files from the year before they never can be uploaded and the program can't upload 1099 info from external sites, so everything has to be entered manually. In addition, help links are minimal so there is no explanation to guide you through when you don't know the answer to something.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Is Amazing For several years now, I have used TurboTax and I wouldn't do my taxes any other way. Every bit of information I could need is available, and options for additional assistance are appreciated. While assistance would be an additional cost, it's nice to have the option, should assistance be necessary. People always suggest doing taxes in various ways, however, I insist on usingTurboTax time and time again.

I am thankful that this is a program I can do with my husband on our couch.I trust this program and actually look forward to doing our taxes every year. Thank you for making a high quality program!!
