When you're tired, late at night, and have your LLC S-Corp taxes ahead of you, it is such a comfort to be led gently through all the answers you can skip or have to give information for. I can handle 1040, but I'd just rather take the rest smoothly. I can pick up where I left off the next evening if I didn't finish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to use! It was my first year filing, and I was very nervous. But TurboTax was easy to use, and simple to understand. If I had any questions, there were such kind people to answer them. I never felt judged for not knowing something.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Experience I wish I could give zero stars. I will never be using TuboTax or any of Intuit's products in the future. I had to call turbotax numerous times to try throughout the process and was told different things by different representatives twice. I was promised a refund so I could apply a 20% off discount provided to me due to the numerous phone calls that I had to make, but then my refund request was denied after I had spoken with representatives at various levels and was told it was refundable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Easy and Simple! Overall my first experience with TurboTax was amazing, the employees are super friendly and helpful especially being a first timer. Would definitely recommend!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It could be better I used the online software, which, for entry of one additional form, cost $79. If e-filing without tax software wasn't such a pain, I could have zeroed out that required form this one time. But what's worse is that I only had this one additional form for my federal return only, making my state return a simple form-- but had to pay a $49 fee anyway. I gave up. I have other things to do in life right now besides figure out how to save $50, but it's really frustrating that this software costs so much for my less-than-complicated taxes, with the only benefit honestly being "getting it over with."
