Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've used Turbo Tax for years I looked for another program that would meet my needs this year and wasn't able to find one that was better than Turbo Tax. My one issue with Turbo Tax is that especially in the review of your taxes when you are asked to fill in blanks you omitted, there isn't a clear explanation of what you are filling in. Also, I'd have to pay much more to get simple questions answered. I finally just visited my local IRS office to ask those questions in person.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, but still needs improvement Once again I was not able to bring in 1099 data from Pershing LLC, or to attach my 1099 statement to my tax return. Otherwise, I am happy with the product and will continue to use it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - Why Would You Do it Any Other Way? I've been using Turbo Tax for 30 years - not one issue - not one question that could not be answered - and not one call from the IRS. It is 100% effective, and 100% guaranteed. Why would you do it any other way?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good, But..... I have used TT for a decade with both ease and satisfaction. However, I am now pushing age 82 and find that the print contrast is very poor. I had to use a magnifying glass or ask my wife's assistance almost all of the time. Not sure that I'll be able to use it next year if the print size & color contrast isn't improved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbotax! It started with Jane my live who helped me match with the perfect expert. Jane was so easy to talk to and super fun. It felt so normal. And then when I got set up with Virginia she was so helpful and if she thought she was missing something she helped me find what it was that I was looking for. I am so grateful for turbotax helping me file my taxes this year!
