Rated 5 out of 5 by from Their live feature is a Godsend I had troubles with both my federal and state returns and both times the experts called they helped me figure out why I was having issues. I honestly wouldn't have known what to do without them and the price is very hard to beat.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too much information required Intuit (TurboTax) now asks for more information to help their business than needed to help prepare my return and file it. This trend has continued since at least last year. Although the program seems to produce accurate results, I will be using another method next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Never heard back from Turbotax Talked to a tax expert and sent him forms and he never got back to me. The state tax form I was using did not transfer data from the federal form and no one could verify why or if it should. Recommend you always check the forms after using Turbotax and before filing as there can be mistakes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from State E-File This happened continuous in a row from 2 years, I have a windows version of software when I do efile state tax they charge my card online and it returns back to desktop app, the application doesn't recognize the charge and keeps on prompting to enter the credit card information. Every time I call for help, they expert takes 2 hours to figure out what happened. This is going to be my last year with Turbo Tax.
