Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live puts me at ease! I worked with my TurboTax Live expert, Heather. I couldn't have been happier and seriously put at ease. I always question if I completed it correctly but always worried I might have missed something or input incorrect information but finally decided to go with a live expert and I have found my go-to every year during tax season. No more questioning my taxes. Thank you Heather and TurboTax Live.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent TurboTax is a reasonable product if you don't mind doing a lot of the work on your own. There are options, however, where you can get help from one of their tax agents. It just costs some money for that. The agent that helped me was kind, considerate, and knew what to do to help resolve my issue. Her name was Leydi.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - delay in IRS payments This year there have been numerous blogs comments on the TurboTax / Intuit web site about the delay in payments to the IRS after the date requested by the user/filer. So far I have not seen any official comments from TurboTax support about the cause of the delay.

And they try to do everything possible to make you have to update to the deluxe even if the credit you would receive is less than the amount you have to pay for the deluxe program
