Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use! I have been using Turbo Tax for years to file my brothers and granddaughter's taxes. Turbo Tax is easy to use. If there is something questionable the explanation is provided in the program. No need to search thru Federal publications.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Had some trouble but they helped I am self employed (Schedule C plus a rental Schedule E) I have been using Turbo Tax for years and usually no problem but the program didn't step me through the same this year. I need to pay for live help on the phone. The first person couldn't help but she passed me to "Justin" who was very helpful (and patient :-).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax was a great way to file my taxes I was able to connect with representatives twice to get answers to two of my questions, and they were answered promptly. The wait for the representative the first time was long, but I was advised how long it would take. The second call came in fast.
