Rated 1 out of 5 by from review Spoke with customer support representative and manager, they could not resolve the issue presented to them, and stated there was a clitch with the software. Cost me several hundred dollars in additional taxes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from eFile issue with IP PIN Return was rejected because of missing IP PIN; however, I did provide the PIN correctly. I believe TurboTax messed this up. Had to re-file and am waiting to see if it goes through this time. Not pleased I had to do this twice

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great! This is my 16th consecutive year using Turbo Tax. I began using it for tax year 2005 and i wouldn't do them any other way. They take you through everything step by step, the only thing you need to do is keep and understand your records. I would recommend it to everyone that does their own taxes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent Federal Return, But State Lacking Turbo Tax continues to provide good support for federal returns, but state program is barebones requiring user knowledge of state requirements and code to accurately input certain information. Ironically, Turbo Tax charges to file the state portion of the return.
