Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax doesn't allow all fixes Seems to be a glitch in transferring federal data to CT state return. Form 1099-R from Edward Jones lists no state distribution in box 16 but did collect the tax and state info. When Intuit reviewed the CT return, it flagged "wages, tips, etc." as being missing. It wouldn't accept a zero, which is what was the amount on the Edward Jones reports. I manually entered the wage amount for the first Edwards Jones account, and then Intuit said the return was completed correctly. Even though Intuit says the return is accurate, I'm concerned CT is going to tell me it's incomplete because there is no wage amount listed for the send Edward Jones account. I filed it anyway.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was MOSTLY good. Everything went fine until the review. I erroneously entered state tax twice. I then had an error that said I had lived in the state more than 366 days (2020 being a leap year). It showed me where the error was. However, it was in the "worksheet" that looked like the paper version, and it was not possible to alter that. It took me 45 minutes of searching through the interface that kept wanting to shunt me to other places and charge me for other "better" packages to find and fix the error. It would be nice if the GUI sent you to where you can ACTUALLY fix the error when it finds and flags it.

I had questions after I filed and had great experience with specialist on phone helping me fill our state form prior to mailing it to make sure I completed and awkwardly asked state tax question correctly! Great experience!
