Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy but software has issues Kept getting errors due to corrupt files. Could not open prior year, had to enter everything manually. Kept saving files then said they were corrupted when trying to retrieve. Customer support worked hard to resolve when contacted and spent 2+ hours trying to help but never resolved the problem and blamed my system (might be virus) BUT WAS NOT. Solved myself using advice found on Google

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes finished on time All went fairly well this year! Turbo Tax was easy to use and follow instructions. Price was fair and much more reasonable than using H & R Block. Was able to complete tax forms in the comfort of my own home with in one afternoon.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hate the Sales Pitches!! I was asked to purchase additional services so many times that it was very annoying and interruptive while working on my tax return. Also, there were many repetitive or unnecessary questions especially if my dad was under 24 and student. Since his DOB is entered in the system, this question should be automatically answered. When I tried to download my 2021 tax return, I had to answer several questions before I could. It is my tax return and I paid for it. I shouldn't have jump through hoops to download.
