Rated 2 out of 5 by from Slow to respond and uncharged a couple of times Took one month from start to finish. Live agent was switched on us multiple times. Told different prices for upgraded services that we were told we need because we had a “complex tax” return. Communication was slow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Handy and easy to use Generally I'm kind of lost when it comes to doing taxes, it's something I do once a year and I'm pretty inept at considering for it by the time tax season rolls around. Resources and instructions built into the system however make it very easy to grasp what's needed, and staff can be very helpful in handling things. It eases use or handles it for you if you're overwhelmed. Pretty good overall and no complaints from me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product, but Boo on the OS Update I love TurboTax. I use it every year. But what I really don't like is the need to have to upgrade my Mac OS every year? There is nothing different from OS Mojave to Catalina to Big Sur. Please stop making us update our OS every year to use your product. My older computer can run TurboTax fine, but there's going to be a point where I can't upgrade my OS because Apple decides my computer needs to be upgraded. But the computer is perfectly fine. From a tax preparation software, I trust TurboTax hands down from any other software. Just stop making us update, otherwise, I might not be able to use this software again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax confuses us for $ I heard companies like TurboTax lobby governments so Bipartisan efforts from Reagan, Obama etc. to do return-free taxes are silenced so we have to lose time/$ to companies like Turbotax. TurboTax also is confusing sometimes. And why is the learn more links usually opening a window with fine print with most of the window wasted. And why require me to consent to a long thing that says it can contact me for any reason including marketing, which is buried in the fine print of a form i have to agree to, just to post this.
