Rated 3 out of 5 by from REALLY SLIPPING FOR 2022 THIS IS MY 8TH YEAR PREPPING AND FILING WITH TURBO TAX. THINGS WERE GOING BETTER THAN AVERAGE THIS YEAR, UNTIL I CAME TO THE END AND CLICKED "FILE." TT THEN INFORMED ME MY SOFTWARE WAS OUT OF DATE AND IT COULD NOT FILE. FUNNY, SINCE THE FIRST THING THE PACKAGE DID WHEN I LOADED YESTERDAY IT WAS GO FOR AN UPDATE. I CLICKED TO DOWNLOAD THE NEW UPDATE. AFTER 20 MINUTES THE UPDATE FAILED. TRIED AGAIN 3 MORE TIMES (I'M AN OPTIMIST). FINALLY, ON THE FOURTH TRY, THE UPDATE INSTALLED AND I WAS ABLE TO CLICK THE FILE BUTTON AND GET MY FORMS TRANSMITTED. OH THANK YOU TURBO TAX! WHY ARE WE PAYING INTUIT ALL THIS MONEY FOR SERVICES THE IRS AND STATES SHOULD NOW BE PROVIDING FOR FREE???

She was kind, attentive and professional. I enjoyed our time together over the video chat. Turbo Tax is extremely lucky to have her.
