Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst year ever I have been using TurboTax for almost 30 years and this year's version has been the most difficult to use that I have ever dealt with. Even with the transfer of the previous year's data, there were several forms that did not populate. I spent well over two hours trying to find the right forms and worksheets to populate non-deductible IRAs. Likewise, populating some of the Schedule A worksheets were very difficult to find the right locations to enter numbers. I was very disappointed in how difficult this year's TurboTax was to use compared to previous years.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from DID NOT WORK LIKE LAST YEAR! I have used TurboTax Delux for many years and have always imported brokerage transactions since there are hundreds in a year. This year, however, TT would NOT import from Merrill Lynch! I spent hours on the phone with TT and Merrill to NO avail! I buy a disk to facilitate this as I found out about 5 or 6 years ago that a download would not do the download. Customer service even upgraded me to Premier which was no help. Come on TT, I'll try again next year and if it doesn't work I'm going to another service!

My preparer soothed my anxieties, answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. I am so appreciative of his assistance in this difficult time.
