Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax gets the job done I had a review of my return that turned up more errors that I care to admit. Just stuff I missed. The reviewer was great. He was very patient. Together we got all my omissions fixed and my questions answered. All in the comfort of my home.

The downloaded versions you activate will pull thru prior year's info saving you tons of time. Add'ly, the downloaded version takes you through everything (all income, deductions, etc) step by step. For some reason (possibly user error), this online version did not. I had to look into each section to see which areas I thought I might need to explore...which negates a large part of why I was using Turbo Tax. It was also annoying that every so often, it kept trying to upsell you to live support.
