Had to switch to the online product due to issues with my retail purchased version that tech support could not fix. Not happy to have had to pay more for the same product, even though I was provided a discount/service code.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax used to be helpful and convenient In the past TurboTax has guided me and explained things as I went along. It doesn’t do this anymore. It used to take information that I entered and fill it in when that information was requested in other places - it doesn’t do that anymore, either. It also used to show me my entries from the year before. It doesn’t do that now, either. And … it’s more expensive every year. You have lost me as a customer. Your service has gotten worse as it’s become more expensive. Not a great business model.
