Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is not bad... I was referred to turbotax by my cousin and I do not have anything bad to say. It was pretty simple but I did have an agent walk me through it but it seemed pretty easy. Next year I will feel a little more confident.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is actually fun and informative! Turbo Tax takes all of the confusion out of doing taxes. It's actually a great way to learn about taxes, tax breaks and everything related to them. When something is confusing, it's SO easy to get connected to live help quickly, and the support team are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Always. I actually look forward to doing taxes, especially with everything being so importable now!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from THE ONE WAY FLOW OF UPGRADES IS AN ISSUE. Having the ability to upgrade at any point is great. However having to start over from the beginning after selecting an upgrade i do not need. it is underhanded and will end up with me selecting another vendor next year if it is still a practice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Works Great - Every Time! I've been using the TurboTax products for YEARS and love the ease of use! We've used it for rental property, college students IRA discounts, deductions as well as simple dependent student aged returns. I love the error checks that the program runs to alter you to potential issues. Once your taxes are complete, the TurboTax program will generate all of the appropriate paperwork necessary to proper filing for preview & printing. And you have the option to file electronically as well as mailing in your paperwork if preferred. I love this product & highly recommend it to even the new filer!!
