Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has really gotten bad I've used Turbo Tax for years - probably since you brought the product out. This year was by far the worse. Glitchy, glitchy, glitchy. I had to download investment account transactions more than once because the program doubled the capital gains sales. Very discouraging.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trouble Fixed thanks to Eleanora Has some software issues where Turbo Tax pulled in the incorrect state on a 1099. This was hardcoded and not able to be edited; thus not allowing me to file electronically. Working with Eleanora, this was able to be resolved!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had Trouble Downloading SW Program from CD The Turbo Tax CD would not load on the computer that I've used Turbo Tax on for past seven years. It is a good thing I recently purchased a new back-up computer. It worked on my new computer.
