I used the live help and was connected with someone within 10 minutes. The representative knew exactly how to answer my question and directed me to where I needed to be to correct my return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have used Turbo Tax for ever! I like Turbo Tax, but I have one complaint. In past years I was able to go back and forth between the program and the actual tax forms to make corrections that the program would not make. For example, some forms provided by TT online do not allow you to fill in the appropriate corrections or they don't have an option for the corrections. TT did not provide an online advisor (I guess they were all busy), so I was left in the dark.
