Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees and Poor User Interface Had to delete and recreate CRPs several times because edits weren't saving. Hidden fees for basic situations like having an HSA and asking for $ after completing state file is trashy. Next year I will use freetaxUSA.

There's just way too many upsale slides and if I want to manually enter a tax form, I have to click through multiple slides with vague options to enter the form myself. Also, certain tax forms require upgrades with little to no actual benefits. All told though, it's a good filing option. Good, not great.
