Rated 3 out of 5 by from not as good as previous years' software I am a retired professional tax preparer. I was in private business for over 25 years. I also was a volunteer with VITA for many years and then with AARP for about 12 additional years when we moved to another state. I am well versed with tax preparation and therefore I feel qualified to comment on this year's TT. I have used TurboTax for my personal taxes for at least the last 25 years. TT FYE 2020 is the least user friendly. I ordered CD download. It would not download with the CD, so I had to use the download from the computer. Could not transfer last year's (fye 2019) information as I always have in the past. When entering information, I got "stuck" several times, had to delete and start over again. Nowhere could I find "USEFUL" help. questions asked and were not answered to the topic asked. PLEASE IMPROVE FYE 2021. I would be glad to discuss this further if you are interested. you can contact me through my email.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fairly easy to use! The system is easy to use and self explanatory. There are a number of fees to pay, almost like paying someone to complete them for you. It is definitely NOT free!
