Rated 2 out of 5 by from IRS should just bill me. It's not great software, considering that it's built to navigate a set of already defined rules. It doesn't help that Intuit's code will do things like create a second login using the same username.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate TurboTax Turbo tax is not easy. I feel like it tries to make things difficult and expensive. I hate and dread even the thought of using this software. We will more than likely never be using this again.

Anaiz was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of my questions and the best part is that I ended up getting an unexpected refund. Thank you Anaiz!
