They were very helpful, but if the changes in the tax structure and software keep changing, it will continue to be way too complicated.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Okay when you need to file and can’t go in person TurboTax charges more and more each month to complete your taxes. This year I was planning to go in person and be charged less but unfortunately due to social distancing restrictions it was difficult to get an appointment in person. I have filed with TurboTax in the past and have had a good experience however, each year it gets pricier when it shouldn’t be this much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Prompt, courteous and accurate In two years past, I did my own taxes using the basic service then reviewed by a tax preparer. It was such an easy system to use and file with. This year I chose to allow TT to do my taxes for me and review them because I had so many other things going on and didn't have time. Phyllis was my tax preparer and was so great to work with and got them done to quickly. So happy I chose to do it this year!
