Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't know if I will use it again next year TurboTax says I need to print forms to mail in but I couldn't look at them because the website was having issues displaying it. There should be no glitches during tax season which is making question if I will use this service again next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This website is a scam every single year they find a way to charge me. they say "you have to upgrade" for some made up reason then say its only $59. Then its $59 for federal AND state EACH. then its another $50 in "fees" for nothing. i hate it here. im in poverty and just want my money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome I have been using Turbo Tax for years now, mostly using the CD. This time, it was different. I had to download the software, not allowing for the transport of my previous year's Turbo Tax year. But no worries. I was able to follow all the instructions and all my questions were answered. All went well. Would definitely be using this system again next year.
