Rated 4 out of 5 by from Program vs. Support Major problems with sign on, id, transfer of 2019 into 2020 support, and payment records. Every time I signed in, "Live" would launch instead of account. Called support several times with conflicting advice. My 2019 and 2020 payments couldn't be found. Prompts on saving file for import into 2021 missing. In 2019 I made a pdf file and that was not transferable to 2020. I had to do 2019 again. This was a rough year after having used TT since 2015
