Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use until you hit a glitch. Everything went well until it was time to efile. There was an error on a page for my state taxes that I could not figure out how to fix. Turbo tax was including a form I did not need so I did not have the information necessary to complete the form. It took my an hour to complete my taxes and 2 hours to find a way to delete the form from my taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The TurboTax Live Full Service was incredible! This was my second year using the live full service, and for the second year in a row I was definitely not disappointed! The experience from my first year was a tremendous help. I knew in advance what documents I would need, and was able to upload them even before I first connected with Kellie. After using a CPA to prepare my return for 25 years, the switch to TurboTax was seamless and painless, and less costly!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Great Experience with Turbo Tax I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years (maybe 10) and it's so easy. Just follow the steps and if you need help, they are readily available. Stormy was a huge help to me this year regarding my purchase of solar energy for my home and she was there to answer all my questions. Another year with Turbo Tax, I'll be back!
