Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product but getting prohibitively expensive I've used TurboTax for years to file my and an adult child's returns. You used to throw in one state for free. This year I had to file in 3 different states at $45 a pop for the form and $25 to efile (which I declined, as it's just as easy to print and mail). $70 total to file a state return with a $4 refund is ridiculous and I suspect most people are in a similar situation. Next year I'll just download the forms from each state and complete by hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and excellent support I have used TurboTax for years and have never been disappointed. It is very user friendly. This year was the first time I actually needed help. I was reluctant to request a call, I am not phone person. But I had no choice. The TurboTax representative who helped me was phenomenal! She made the call very pleasant, was very helpful, genuine, and kind. Not to mention, she fixed the problem with grace and positive patience. Thank you Mirelys!!! TurboTax owes you a raise!
